Using Huntly and Palmer's Cream Cracker biscuits, cover the bottom of a tupperware container or sponge roll tin. 9 - 12 biscuits.
Make a pint of thick custard, using twice the normal custard powder. When it has cooled, poor over the biscuits. Put another layer of biscuits on top of the custard.
Ice with thin icing, flavoured either vanilla or lemon. Cut as required.
