This practical property offers views to Ladies' Bay, sleeps eight inside and an additional five in an adjacent bunkhouse. Well equipped for groups and families, Serenity has a large dining table, well equipped kitchen and is decorated in mid-century style to reflect its architectural era.

Serenity's main house has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate shower room, plus a further separate toilet. It has four bedrooms with two queen and four single beds. The separate bunkhouse has two bunks (four singles) plus one more single, and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. For a floor plan of Serenity, click here.

All of Rotoroa island's holiday homes are named after boats that once served the island's community. Each property has been renovated to a high standard and is decorated in vibrant vintage style with all the comforts of home, from DVD and MP3 players to Wi-fi. All three homes are self-contained and private; top quality linen is provided and cleaning included.

A two night minimum booking applies. Children two years and over are charged at full rate; children under the age of two are free.

All houses have the following facilities:

• BBQ;
• Essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, flour, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar;
• Modern kitchen and laundry;
• Wifi access;
• CD/stereo/Blu Ray player;
• Beach umbrellas and picnic set;
• We have one travel cot and one highchair available, please request when booking;
• Please note there is no land line in your property so make sure you bring your cell phone and charger;
• And while it is fine to bring alcohol with you, the Trust asks that you respect the history of Rotoroa Island.
